What was I saying about accountability?
Seriously, I'd been doing very well about getting to the gym and doing my workouts- HIIT and simple cardio- until I was invited back into the working world. This disrupted my workouts only for a few days, as it seems said temporary employment was so fleetingly temporary indeed.
So then, back to the fitness grind with me this week- starting with an ass-whooping (and shaping) HIIT workout on Monday focusing on the lower body. In many ways, I look forward to it. I love knowing I am doing something about my fat ass (and other body parts), even if I'm not seeing the changes I want to see. (We'll address my lack of success another day, when we tackle my relationship with food).
One benefit I am NOT reaping lately is that of "improved mood". I am still quite bitchy, to put it mildly. As we speak, the mood is definitely more on the "murderous" scale. Baffling, and something to explore.
